Return Eligibility

1) Time Frame

  • Returns can be initiated within 30 days of the product delivery date.

2) Conditions for Returns

  • Broken or Damaged: If the product arrived broken or damaged.
  • Wrong Item Received: If you’ve received a product that you did not order.
  • Unopened & Unused: If you’ve changed your mind about your purchase and the product’s packaging remains unopened and intact.

Please note, due to the intimate nature of our products, and to ensure the safety and hygiene of our customers and staff, we cannot accept returns on any products that have been opened or used.

How to Initiate a Return

  • Navigate to our Contact Us page.
  • Fill out the provided form with the required details: name, email, order number.
  • In the description box, clearly state the reason for your return.
  • Our team will review your return request. If approved, you’ll receive return instructions and a return shipping label via email.

Return Processing

1) Shipping

  • Use the provided return shipping label to send the item back to us, ensuring the product is safely packaged.

2) Inspection

  • Upon receiving the returned item, our team will inspect it to confirm it meets our return criteria.

2) Refund

  • Once the return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Return Shipping Costs

1) Wrong Item Received or Broken/Damaged Product

  • In cases where you received an incorrect product or if the product arrived damaged, the return shipping costs will be borne by Valm.

2) Change of Mind (Unopened & Unused)

  • Return shipping costs for unopened products, returned due to a change of mind, will be deducted from your refund.
