Return Policy

We accept returns on any unused and unopened products within fourteen (14) days of their receipt or if the product is defective upon receiving the order; or if you find that we have shipped your order incorrectly. We cannot accept returns of any items which have been opened or used without exception. In order to properly process your return we ask that you contact us to request a copy of our Returns Form for your order and we will be glad to help you. We strive for one hundred percent customer satisfaction, if you feel dissatisfied with your order feel free to contact us and we will make every effort to see to it that you are satisfied.

We at Valm do not resell any used or returned product. Once an item has left our warehouse, we now consider that item as used, as we can not verify 100% if the item was returned used or not. Due to health and sanitary reasons, all items returned to our warehouse are disposed of immediately. If you buy though Valm you can be assured the product you are receiving is brand new and never used.

Return Details

  1. You must obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#) online before the merchandise is mailed back to our warehouse.
  2. You are responsible for shipping charges back to our warehouse. If you qualified for Free Shipping on purchase, customer will be credited back for the purchase price, less the cost to ship.
  3. Please inspect your package once you receive it. In the rare case there is a damaged item, missing item or an incorrect item in your package we require that you contact us within 48 hours.
  4. After receiving your package. If no attempt to contact us via telephone or email is made regarding the damaged / missing items within 48 hours, all items are deemed correct & received.
  5. After 48 hours, Manufacturers Warranties apply. Please check the product descriptions for specific warranty information, or contact us for more information.
